Apply for an Absent Voter Ballot Online
Deadline: Online applications may be submitted until 5 p.m. the Friday before Election Day. To ensure there is enough time to receive and return an absentee ballot, plan on submitting the absentee ballot application online at least 15 days before Election Day.

Voters can visit the Clerk's Office to request, complete, and submit an absentee ballot application. Voters requesting an application for an absentee voter ballot may also take it home with them to complete and submit later.
Requirements: The following information is required to apply in person:
- Full name
- Year of birth
- Address and mailing address
- Signature of record (as provided on driver’s license or ID, or on the voter registration application)
Deadline: Individuals registered to vote at their current address have until 4 p.m. the day before Election Day to submit an application in person at their local clerk’s office.

Early voting allows registered voters to be issued a ballot that can then be inserted directly into a tabulator at the early voting site.

For the November 4, 2025, Election, Early Voting will be held Wednesday, October 29, through Sunday, November 2, 2025, between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.

Early voting for registered voters in the City of Bloomfield Hills will be held at City Hall:
45 E Long Lake Road
Bloomfield Hills, MI 48304

Early voting ballot canvass will be completed as part of the Absentee Voter Ballot Counting Board duties.

Please note: Precinct #2 Polling Location has changed; the City is unable to utilize the Congregational Church of Birmingham for voting purposes.
