2019 Road and Infrastructure Update

Water Main installation and testing will continue through this week.  

Sebago Lane 
Beginning June 3rd, residents will see the start of both water main work and the milling of the road.  Communication was sent to residents on Sebago regarding the potential disruption to the right of way and any structures or landscape near your property that may be affected.  If you have any questions in this regard, please contact the Project Engineer Melissa Coatta at (248) 535-3336.

Merrimac Court
In line for construction activity after Kennebec and Sebago, Merrimac will be the next road for water main installation.  

The City and our contractors would like to sincerely thank the residents for your cooperation and the continued patience you have shown during construction.  We recognize it can be a disruptive process.  We appreciate your support while the team is working to make these improvements to the City's roads and infrastructure systems.  


  • Safety is top priority for the residents and the crews. Please take extra precaution and stay aware of when traveling by car or foot in the construction areas.  
  • Some temporary mailboxes are getting full, to avoid any possible delays with mail delivery, please pick up your mail daily from the temporary mailboxes.
  • Please turn on your irrigation systems as soon as possible and report any issues that may resulted from the construction on your street to the Field Representative Tom Cairo at (248) 535-3437 by Tuesday, June 4th.
