Absentee Voting for Tuesday's Primary Election

The Bloomfield Hills City Clerk's Office is open until 3:30 p.m. today, Saturday, August 1, 2020

If you would like to vote via absentee ballot for the election on Tuesday, August 4th, staff are available until 3:30 p.m. to issue and receive absentee ballots.  If you are returning your completed absentee ballot, we have a secure dropbox located outside City Hall, to the left of the main entrance.  You are welcome to deposit your completed and signed absentee ballot in the outside dropbox or come inside City Hall and deposit your absentee ballot in the blue ballot box in our lobby.

Absentee ballots can be requested and issued in person on Monday, August 3rd at the City Clerk's office until 4:00 p.m.  Election law requires ballots issued on Monday to be voted in person at the Clerk's Office and deposited for processing on Election Day.

Track your Absentee Ballot

Are you interested in tracking your request for absentee ballot?  The Secretary of State has developed an online module for voters to check the status of their request.  View if your ballot has been issued or received back to the Clerk to be counted on Election Day.  Visit https://mvic.sos.state.mi.us/ to learn more.
