      • Alterations:
        • Minor (No structural or foundation alterations): $50/room
        • Major (With structural or foundation alterations): $75/room, $500 maximum.

      • Side yard Generator/Air Conditioner Permit: $150. (This is the only permit fee that includes the application fee, plan review fee and one final inspection after trade inspections of the work have been approved.)

      • Additional Inspections: $50.00
      • Reinspection Fee: $50.00
      • Extend building permit- 6 months: $150.00 (plus application fee)
      • Extend mechanical, plumbing or electrical permit: $75.00 (plus application fee)
        • Note: Extensions may be granted by the Building Official upon written application that clearly demonstrates a justifiable cause for the extension. Extensions MAY be granted for a period up to 180 days.
      • Investigative fee for Failure to Obtain Permit Before Starting Work: $175.00
      • Project Completion: Building Permits (To finish a suspended project that has been previously permitted and has had at least one inspection). $150 minimum fee for all Building Completion Permits. Fees are calculated as follows:
        • Foundation Approved, no rough frame approval: 50% of the normal fee
        • Rough Inspection Approved: 25% of the normal fee
        • Only Final Inspection Required: 10% of the normal fee
        • Plan reviews for project completion:
          • Copy of Original Plan: $50
          • Original plan with changes: $100 plus fee for alterations plan review
          • New Structural Plans: Regular fees apply
      • Project Completion: Trade Permits (To finish a suspended project that has been previously permitted and has had at least one inspection). $75 minimum permit fee for all Trade Permit Completion Permits. Fees are calculated as follows:
        • With Rough Inspection Approved: 50% of the normal fee
        • No Rough Inspection Approval: Regular fees apply.
