July 1st – August 31st. Winter tax bills are due and payable
December 1st – February 14th. Late summer and winter bills

the Treasurer’s office for the correct payoff amount.
Tax bills can be paid in person at City Hall or by mail. The

late payments in this box.
If you need to change the name and/or billing address for
a property tax bill, please provide this information to the
Treasurer’s office in writing. For your convenience, there
is a notice of change form on the back side of your tax
bill.
If a mortgage company will be paying the property taxes,
that mortgage company must submit a written request to the
Treasurer’s office. The property owner will also receive an
"informational copy" of the tax bill.
