What's New

 Beginning mid-June, Hubbell, Roth & Clark, Inc. will begin inspecting sanitary manholes within the City to:

  •  Determine what manholes are in need of repair;
  •  Identify what manholes are leaking;
  •  Reduce sewer overflows

For more information, contact the City office at: (248) 644-1520.

The City has several on-going activities related to the drinking water system.  The City regularly updates its water distribution model and uses it to identify system deficiencies that should be addressed, such as low pressure areas and fire flow needs.  The City is implementing minor operational improvements at several water facilities throughout the City. And, the City is participating in a consortium evaluating alternatives to purchasing water from DWSD and their potential cost savings.
