  1. Code Enforcement

    The city of Bloomfield Hills employs one part-time ordinance officer. The purpose of this position is to let owners and occupants know of any issues that may violate city ordinance and when necessary initiate enforcement action.

    The detective bureau is responsible for following up on active criminal cases, investigating crime scenes, and obtaining warrants from the prosecutor's office.
